MEDICAL WAIVER must be completed and turned in before participant will be allowed to practice. Sports physicals are recommended but not required.

MOUTH GUARD THAT ATTACHES TO FACE-MASK. We reccomend having a backup mouth guard. Mouth guards are required to participate in any practice or game.
